This small Chesterton bungalow began with a confusing and inefficient layout, but a full gut renovation and major addition allowed us to completely reimagine the home for a growing family. Our full-service construction design reconfigured the floor plan to create intuitive living spaces, including dedicated areas for entertaining, play, and a bedroom for each member of the family.
While softer and more romantic than our typical projects, layered textures and a few bold moments give the home a timeless cottage character that feels both storied and thoughtfully modern.
