Purchased by three Chicago families as a shared Lake Michigan retreat, this Long Beach cottage renovation was designed to open the family room toward sweeping lake views. The architectural redesign extends sightlines beyond the fireplace to wraparound glass and a generous outdoor living deck, creating a light-filled gathering space designed for connection, hosting, and time together by the water.
